Eastern Regional CAC Director

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required. Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in Human Services.
• Strong public relations skills, organizational, and written communication skills are necessary.
• Management experience is required

The Regional Director’s (RD) responsibility would be to oversee the operations of both Harnett and Moore County Children’s Advocacy Centers, as well as a third facility that will provide service collectively to Edgecombe, Nash, and Wilson counties. The RD would ensure community partnering agencies remain vibrant and productive. The RD would supervise assigned CAC staff members. The RD would ensure that National and State standards are being met at all sites and that all CAC services are being provided at the highest standards in the field. Responsibility would also include ensuring all staff are properly trained and coordinate the training efforts of the Multi-disciplinary team. The RD would oversee that all operating facilities provide a healthy comfortable environment for staff and clients. The RD would also be responsible for all data to be properly collected and reported in a timely manner. RD must have ability to communicate effectively in large and small group settings.
