Children Experience the Live Arts

On Saturday, May 21, ten students from the Foster Community attended the Clater-Kaye Theatreworks year-end performance held at the Old Rock School in Valdese, along with Adam Scott and Andrea Bradburn, Recreation staff. This 3-hour show of singing, dancing, and theatre had our children captivated and inspired some to pursue talents of their own. Our own volunteer guitar teacher Todd Greene, teaches guitar and voice at Clater-Kaye and donated free tickets to the show as well as VIP seating. Our kids got decked out for the show and it was a very fun afternoon!
