FAMILY CENTERED TREATMENT (FCT) CLINICIAN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Southmountain Children and Family Services is seeking a provider experienced in working with trauma to join its team as a Family Centered Treatment Provider. 

Southmountain Children and Family Services is seeking a Provider experienced in working with trauma to join its team as a Family Centered Treatment Provider. This Provider would work with families to promote stabilization and preservation of reunifications from an out-of-home placement, as well as to circumvent the need for out-of-home placement. The Provider supports the children and families who utilize the services of our foster community in Nebo and our local Children’s Advocacy Centers (e.g., Burke, McDowell).

This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, but requires flexibility for after-hours emergencies and periodic on-call duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Qualified Professional status required

  • Experience in treating traumatized children is required

  • Master’s Degree or higher preferred

  • Licensure to provide mental health services is preferred

DUTIES:

  • Provide in-home Family Centered Treatment (FCT)

  • Provide trauma-informed, comprehensive clinical assessments

  • Collaborate and consult with other community services providers
