Journeys Home supports the successful placement of children from our foster community into their forever homes while also helping families maintain stability to prevent the need for out-of-home care and:

• Expedites reunification or adoption for children in group foster care.

• Supports the successful preservation of the family unit by addressing the root causes of family dissolution.

• Helps families recognize unhelpful behaviors, improve interactions, and build skills to handle challenges.

• Encourages the discovery and effective use of intrinsic strengths to create lasting change and stability.

Working alongside foster, biological and adoptive parents as well as community supports, our team provides best-practice therapeutic care to promote stability and help prevent future out-of- home placements.
